Singing songs are used all over the world for meditation, music, relaxation and personal delight. In some Buddhist practices, the singing cup is used as a signal to start and quiet meditation.
Handmade buy cups are called all healing cups. They are made of a raft of seven different metals, connected to seven astrological planets, which create a number of different sounds and shades.
